Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, focusing on IT services and RPA solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT Services sales cycles and processes.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on IT services and RPA solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT Services sales cycles and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Open to working from the client location in Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in IT and RPA domains.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT and RPA solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
